Yogurt is one of my all time favorite and we don’t end a meal without having yogurt. Now a days I reduced eating yogurt as much as I used to, the reason being, winters are too cold and don’t feel like adding more cold things to diet. One more reason is that I get sinus infections, so that answers by itself. 🙂 I love buttermilk as it’s light and refreshing during the summer.
1 cup Yogurt / Buttermilk
1/3 cup Cucumber grated
1/4 tsp Ginger grated
2-3 Curry Leaves
1/4 Green Chili
Salt as needed
Note: If using yogurt add enough water to make it to the consistency you like. If using buttermilk you don’t need that much water or if you like it thick you don’t have to add any more water.
1. In a blender add all these ingredients to a smooth texture and serve it cold or at room temperature.
